The acquisition of Moeller Engineering represents a strategic decision aimed at bolstering Mid-States’ existing portfolio and enhancing its capabilities in project and product design and engineering.
By integrating Moeller Engineering’s expertise, resources, and innovative solutions, Mid-States will launch its fourth vertically integrated company, Mid-States Design & Engineering (MDE).
Art Moeller, president of Moeller Engineering, will lead MDE as Vice President. Moeller expressed his enthusiasm for the future at Mid-States,
