Registration includes Corn Wet Milling Workshop notebook, breakfasts (2), lunches (2), and Monday evening reception with hot hors d'oeuvres.

Seating is limited, so register right away after the page opens in order to get a seat. For the past several offerings, the workshop has filled to capacity within about a week. Registration ends March 20, 2023.

CORN WET MILLING WORKSHOP

OBJECTIVES: To gain fundamental understanding of the technology and science associated with corn wet milling. We will cover topics from the whole kernel to finished starch products and discuss industry trends. Workshop is designed for a broad audience and is taught by experts from industry, academia and federal research agencies.
