Joshua Monson, SE, PE,Clear Creek Associates, is a licensed structural engineer in Illinois and a licensed professional engineer in 19 other states. He spent the first 15 years of his career working on a wide range of commercial, residential, high-rise and restoration projects. Since 2011, he has been designing foundations and structures, and performing site inspections at a variety of grain and industrial facilities.

Matthew Schmitt, PE CGOM, CGPM, is a structural engineer at Keen Project Solutions LLC, in Ankeny, Iowa. Matthew is involved with GEAPS in a variety of ways. He currently serves on the International Board, Associates Board, Membership Committee and the Greater Iowa Chapter.

Robert Horvat, PE, is a regional technology lead for the North American grain business at Cargill. He joined Cargill in 2009 after working in the construction and consulting industries with particular focus on ag-processing facilities. He currently serves as GEAPS international treasurer and sits on the Membership Committee.
