Sangerfield, NY — Cornell Cooperative Extension Oneida County and Gold Star Feed and Grain, LLC will offer their first Grain Bin Safety Training program on Saturday, Nov. 6, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This is a free program open to Oneida County First Responders and the farming community. Seating is limited, lunch will be provided, and you must register for this training by Nov. 1.
The training will be at Gold Star Feed and Grain, LLC, 7598 Route 20, Sangerfield, NY 13445
This training will include:
- Classroom Training on how to make important decisions at the scene of an on-farm emergency
- Instruction on handling confined space emergencies and other farm emergencies
- Grain Bin Rescue Demonstration
- Tour of Gold Star Feed and Grain Facility
