Former Grain and Feed Association of Illinois President Jimmy Alvin Liesman passed away this weekend at 82.
Liesman served the agriculture community throughout his life, working as Manager at Farmer's Grain and Coal Company for almost 50 years. He was a board member for the Grain and Feed Association of Illinois from 1980-1987 and served as President in 1985-1986.
Liesman was also a member of the Mason County 4-H Fair Board, and the Director and President of First State Bank of Mason City.
