Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $55.9 million, broadly unchanged from the prior-year quarter, as growth in Crop Nutrition offset lower Crop Protection revenue and the impact of the reconfiguration of its Seeds business.
For the fiscal year ended June 30, revenue from continuing operations totaled $238.3 million, down 18% from fiscal 2025. The company said approximately half of the decline was attributable to the reconfiguration of its Seeds business and the associated reduction in HB4-related activities.
Bioceres reported fourth-quarter gross profit of $12.7 million, compared with $13.6 million in the same quarter a year earlier. The results included a $4 million nonrecurring inventory adjustment related to an updated assessment of inventory obsolescence. The company said the adjustment offset improved performance across several core product categories.
Fiscal 2026 gross profit was $82.9 million, down 21% from the previous fiscal year. Improved performance in several core product categories was offset by lower contributions from inoculants and higher inventory obsolescence charges.
Selling, general and administrative expenses declined by $4.9 million, or 19%, in the fourth quarter. For the full fiscal year, SG&A expenses fell 24% to $71.2 million, reflecting cost-reduction actions implemented during the year.
Net loss from continuing operations improved to $31.8 million in the fourth quarter, compared with $54.4 million in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA improved to $600,000 from a loss of $9.6 million, primarily because of the lower operating expense base.
For fiscal 2026, Bioceres reported a net loss from continuing operations of $54.4 million, compared with $49.1 million in fiscal 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was $25.5 million, compared with $28.9 million the previous fiscal year.
The company said it has substantially completed the reconfiguration of its Seeds business, a process that began nearly two years ago. It also completed an external strategic assessment of its continuing operations and identified plans to rationalize its product portfolio and go-to-market channels, revisit certain commercial policies and strategic relationships, and align research and development investments with financial objectives.
Bioceres said the changes are beginning to improve portfolio profitability, although the benefits have not yet been fully reflected in reported gross margin as the company works through portfolio and commercial transitions.
In January 2026, the company's Pro Farm Group business was subject to a foreclosure auction and was classified as discontinued operations for accounting purposes. Bioceres disputes the acceleration of the relevant notes and the foreclosure process, which remain subject to legal proceedings. As a result, the financial results presented reflect continuing operations, with prior-year amounts recast to exclude Pro Farm Group.
As Bioceres enters fiscal 2027, the company said it will focus on improving the performance and cash generation of its continuing businesses, maintaining cost and working capital discipline, and addressing its capital structure and liquidity position.
