CPM, a global provider of process equipment, engineered technologies and aftermarket support, has acquired CFE, an EMEA-based service and refurbishment company specializing in aftermarket support, technical service and equipment rebuilding.
The acquisition adds CFE’s team, customer relationships and refurbishment capabilities to CPM’s operations, strengthening the company’s service footprint across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
CFE has built a presence in the region through equipment service, parts support and refurbishment work, including die and roller shell rebuilding and localized technical service. It also provides refurbished equipment offerings across EMEA markets.
CPM said the addition of CFE aligns with its aftermarket strategy focused on expanding local service capabilities and lifecycle support for customers. The companies have an established working relationship, which CPM said will continue to support a smooth transition.
Customers are expected to continue working with their existing CPM or CFE contacts without changes to current service arrangements.
The acquisition expands CPM’s ability to provide localized support and refurbishment services across the region as demand for aftermarket equipment support grows.
“We are excited to welcome the CFE team to CPM,” said CPM CEO Dave Webster. “Their experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to customers are a strong addition to our business.”
