G3 announced its continued sponsorship of the Canadian Agricultural Safety Association’s (CASA) BeGrainSafe program last week, marking the 10th year of partnership dedicated to advancing farmer and first responder safety across Canada.

G3 has supported BeGrainSafe from its earliest stages, including contributing to the development of the mobile training trailer used to deliver hands-on grain rescue education. Over the past decade, this partnership has helped provide training to more than 800 firefighters and has provided over 30 sets of life-saving grain rescue equipment to fire departments from Alberta to Quebec.

Grain entrapment remains one of the most serious and potentially fatal hazards in agriculture. Effective rescue requires highly specialized training and equipment and is central to the BeGrainSafe program’s delivery to rural fire departments and emergency responders.

“Supporting the safety of farmers, firefighters, and the communities they serve remains a fundamental priority for G3,” said Don Chapman, Chief Executive Officer of G3. “Reaching 10 years with CASA reflects the strength of this partnership and the meaningful progress made in equipping first responders with the training and tools needed to respond effectively to grain entrapment situations.”

“BeGrainSafe continues to deliver critical training that strengthens emergency response capacity in agricultural regions,” said Sandra Miller, Executive Director of CASA. “We are grateful for our partnership with G3. Their decade-long support has played a key role in expanding the program’s reach, enabling more fire departments to access specialized equipment and practical training that helps protect lives.”

As a CASA Safety Partner in 2026, G3 is contributing $40,000 to the BeGrainSafe program, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to agricultural safety and emergency preparedness.

With a decade of collaboration and continued investment in safety initiatives, G3 has stated that it remains focused on supporting first responders and helping create safer farming environments across Canada.
