Kahler Automation is pleased to announce the addition of Colby Phillips as its new Regional Accounts Manager for the Southeast Region.
“I’m looking forward to bringing my industry knowledge, resources and connections to Kahler, who has such a strong track record for being a leader in the ag retail and fertilizer space,” said Phillips, a Louisiana native.
As Regional Accounts Manager, Phillips will support new and existing customers across the Southeast by recognizing growth potential, strengthening relationships to expand automation adoption and providing guidance as key stakeholders continue to modernize their operations.
Prior to joining Kahler, Phillips held various roles at CNH and Raven Industries, where he focused on identifying new opportunities, developing strategies for growth and driving implementation of advanced products and services.
His experience working closely with retailers, growers and technology partners has equipped him with the insight needed to support customers across the Southeast region.
“Colby has a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and a natural drive to seek out new opportunities,” said Austin Benes, VP of Sales at Kahler. “His eagerness to champion automation and help retailers increase efficiency and accuracy makes him an excellent addition to our sales team. Colby along with his wife, Erin, live in West Monroe, Louisiana with their three children Arden, Everett and Makenna.
