BinMaster introduced VRX vibrating probes—its newest and brightest point-level sensors, with the same built-in LED status indicator and red enclosure as BinMaster BMRX-300 rotaries.
Vibrating probes are the point-level pros when it comes to measuring fluffy, lightweight, or low-dielectric materials with bulk densities as low as 1.25 lb./ft.³.
The sword-shaped, buildup resistant blade vibrates when there is no material covering it. Once it is covered, the vibration damps, triggering a relay switch to indicate a “covered” condition. The VRX’s bright light then changes color—visible from up to 100 ft. away.
The following are a selection of specialized sensors, mounting options, and optional customizations to suit a vessel’s high-, mid-, or low-level detection needs:
- VRX21
- Standard model
- Thrives in tough materials: light powders, fluffy solids, carbon black, plastics, and fly ash
