Morgan, MN – May 16, 2025 – Farmward Cooperative is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Busch as Senior Vice President of Grain, bringing with him a wealth of experience in grain trading, cooperative leadership, and strategic market development.
Alex joins Farmward from Direct Source Ingredients, where he served as Senior Vice President of Trading and Business Development, specializing in the bulk feed commodity trading sector. Prior to that role, he was the CEO and General Manager of Farmers Cooperative Elevator in Hanley Falls, MN, from 2021 to 2023. His career also includes a successful nine-year tenure at CHS Inc., where he held multiple trading and leadership positions.
