IAOM HQ will share your information with the specified conference organizers for review, so please provide as much information as possible.
The program committee of each event is ultimately responsible for finalizing the list of presentation topics and speakers.
They will contact speakers directly if the application has been accepted for a particular program.
Details regarding length of presentation, scheduling, specific venue and registration information will be shared with the speaker at that time.
The technical/educational presentations must be oriented to educate those in attendance, while What’s New is typically a shorter presentation with specific information about a new product or service you offer.
Please do consider submitting an application early to be considered for inclusion, as programs are developed well in advance of any events.
